Author Scrolling disapeared !

Hi all,
I have recently changed the opening page of my website from frame
based HTML to VBScript ASP
and tested it locally and all worjked fine, however having just moved it to
the webserver the scrollbars for pages that have longer content have completly
disapeared... is there a quick fix for this ?

Probably. But we'd need a page to look at first.
