I had a trial version of dreamweaver MX 2004 on my g5 and a few days later, my
comp crashed. Now whenever i open the trial version, it just closes rite away.
i dont see a title bar, or any dreamweaver window, the only thing that appears
is the dreamweaver symbol on the dock which disappears when it closes. I tried
reinstalling the program but that did not work. I just bought the full version
of Dreamweaver MX 2004 and installed that, but it still does the same thing.
Is there anything i can do?

I also have the same problem... now a year later, someone answer this question
please. I deleted all traces of the application (prefs, etc.) and reinstalled,
it still will not open. It bounces once in the dock and then quits!

My XP computers at work and home would open DW, and would quit immediately
before I could open a file. I turned off that Open with Start Page under
General Preferences, and it now works fine.
