Author Centering for both 800x600 and 1024x768?

I was wondering if there was a SIMPLE way to have all of my content centered
for BOTH screen resolutions (a relative centering trick) for Dreamweaver. I
use mulitple layers in my design, and tables inside of those. I also have a
Flash movie as the center piece (the logo) of the page I am working on, if that
makes any difference. For anyone who cares to help, the site is
www.thi-omaha.com, then click on the little dashed link. I would greatly
appreciate the help, and will gladly reciprocate in the future once I get this
all figured out. Thanks, creativenewbie.

Centering is centering, no matter what the resolution.
