Author All Sites missing

I just opened Dreamweaver and my site list is blank - all sites are missing and
there doesn't seem to be anything in the registry other than a Site Summary
entry. I imagine that I will need to setup all of my sites manually, but
wondering if anyone has seen this and if there was an easier recovery. Thanks.
