publishing problem w/host

| I have developed a new website for my company and have an interesting dilema.
I have a free web host that when I ftp it to there everything works fine. But
on my companies paid host - when I publish to there, the pages look allright,
but the behaviors don't work. I do know that on my company's host, the old
website was in FrontPage not Dreamweaver and it used Front Page extensions. Is
this what's causing my problem? Or do I just need to call my company's web
host?
A little confused.

| what behavior's don't work? they aren't seperate prodcedures that are
stored liek Front Page extensions, but only 'shortcuts' to html and
javascript (most likely) code snippets.
