Cannot upload certain images, Photoshop mode? FTP error

I've encountered this maddening issue once before and resorted to major
workarounds, but Is there somthing I'm missing when optimizing files in
Photoshop CS then trying to upload via DW MX 04? I either get
permission denied FTP error, or the photo does not render in any
browser.

I can see it in DW and Photoshop, but it will not upload or display.

I think it may have something to do with the Mode or something in PS
CS? Perhaps it's saving some weird file info??

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
