Author Simple shopping page to use PayPal

I have www.silver100.com that I created myself in DW4. I'm an entrepreneur and
not a web designer -- wearing all hats out of necessity. Besides never nailing
down how the width of the main column will appear on various pages (some pages
behave one way, some another), I think I did not so bad. But I have done
nothing past novice level, and really don't have the time to learn much more.
I need to put a simple shopping cart on our web site -- yesterday. We only have
one product, which comes in three sizes, period. We need customers to be able
to pay by credit card. I'm told PayPal is the best way to go. I'm also told,
though, that I'll probably want to pay a web designer to do the code for the
links and perhaps the whole page. My budget is very limited but I can justify
paying a few hundred to someone who is going to steer me right, who knows their
stuff, and who will save me hours of my time. I'm not sure if I've found
anyone like that as yet, though (and I certainly have been looking). If I do,
I'll want to be able to go in and modify the page contents with my DW4 if and
when needed. I'd appreciate advice, please on: 1. Should I just review the
PayPal tutorials and tackle in myself? 2. How much of it should I have an
expert web designer do? 3. Any advice on who to go to, or where to go to find
someone good? (Not sure how permissible this question is here.) THANKS! Jay
