Hi there,

we got the problem that Dreamweaver 2004 does not runwithout admin rights.
For a company, this is inacceptable.

Without admin rights, Dreamweaver starts and is right away shut down again.
With admin rights, Dreamweaver starts and stays started.

We granted the user full access to the %programs dir%\Macromedia directory
and in the registry to HKLM\Software\Macromedia.

The problem still persists.

I retested this on a separate machine. There the problem exists, too.

The Macromedia technotes do not tackle this issue.

Does anybody know about this problem? What can we do to avoid this?
