Author Site Definition view and files panel view

This is really hard to explain but here goes:

I recently bought two copies of Dreamweaver MX - one for myself and one for my
employee. I had a previous (old) version of Dreamweaver installed. He didn't.
Both copies were installed on two different computers, and mine is working
fine. His, however, doesn't show the options I show under the site definition
under manage sites. Mine shows the standard list; local info, remote info,
testing server, cloaking, etc. His just shows very basic information that you
can use to set up the site; ftp site, etc. It looks like two completely
different dialogue boxes. Plus, under his files panel, there is also much less
information there. His doesn't even have the Get/Put arrows.

What's going on? Am I missing something really basic that I need to do to
tweak his config so he can have more control? Please advise. I'm trying to
train him on how to use the product and I can't even show him how to upload to
the server because his won't let him create a site!

Thanks in advance.
