Author Form Issues

I should know this but I'm not sure how to get the Server Side script
(bnbform.cgi) to process the form. All I'm trying to do is collect basic info
and generate an email. I've used Yaromat Checkform but can't figure out how to
connect the form with the .cgi file. I've done it before but I can't figure out
what I'm forgetting.

Thanks,
Chip

have you set up the script? uploaded it? chmod'ed it?

is it showing what it should when you put the script's url into a browser?
http://yourdomain.com/cgi-bin/bnbform.cgi ?? Or is there an error?

Have you read the README and put what's needed into your form?

README's by the author of what you are using are what you need to Read.

And have you set the form's ACTION attribute to point to the script?
