| when ever i download the trial i get an error w/ winzip, i'v tried for 3 hours still wonk wrk, please help

| re "cant understand why it wonk work ", are you using a download
accelerator. u using a mac or pc, what version of WinZip u using maybe you
need to update WinZip. what errors are you getting

| suggestions-
turn off any download add-on or accelorator in your browser.
clear your Temp internet files.
When the download prompt comes up, change it's filename so it's a new unique
filename.
or- fire up a different web browser and try.
