Can't find and replace graphics sitewide

I tried to install the updater and received the error message "this folder does
not contain dreamweaver". I checked and I do have version 7.0.1, which is why
it won't install. The problem is that I need the updater! Is there another
version of it? I'm having one of the "known bugs" that the updater is supposed
to fix -- when I try to do "find and replace" sitewide with an image address,
it only updates the current page. Is there another fix for this??

If you have version 7.0.1 installed, then you do not need the 7.0.1 updater.

Then it is really weird that I can't find and replace images sitewide. Do you
know if there's another fix for that? I've been using Dreamweaver for 4 years
(MX for 2 of those) and never had this problem until a couple weeks ago, so I
must have some kind of bug.
