How can people sell OEM software so cheap? I saw dreamweaver for 109.95 on this
website. They say it is OEM software.
What is OEM software an is it legal? And if it is, then how can they sell it
so cheap?

What does OEM stand for? What is the difference between OEM and full retail
packaging ?
OEM - Original Equipment Manufacturer. A retail version comes in a fancy
box, OEM does not. A retail version contains a printed manual. The customers
who purchase a retail version are eligible for tech support and different
rebates.

With our offer this is not possible - hence cheap prices.
Be aware that you will not be able to register the software with the
manufacturer. Some of these products cannot be updated on-line.

to other's reading- it's been stated that macromedia rarely sells oem
bundles, and that when it does- the licensing of the OEM stuff from MM
prohibits the resale of it by a third-party.

in otherwords- the disks of MM products you'll get from this kind of sales
outfit would be copies of the installer files with hot serials and the
authentication removed, not eligible for support, updates or upgrades.
You will not get a license from MM to use what's on the 20 cent Cd you've
bought.

(that's if you receive anything at all other than identity theft after you
give them your credit card number)
