Dreamweaver - Can't see anything in Layers Panel

Can't see anything in Layers Panel

I cannot see any layers in my layers panel. Here is some of my script
including the layer. Any ideas? Please help...thanks!

Are these layers in -

1. Non-editable regions of the child page, or
2. A relatively positioned div

??

If so, you will not see them.
