Hi I am trying to create a page to update my access DB.

The DB is set up like so:

TbleParticipants:
Playerid (primary auto)
Username
GroupID
Paid
Email
PWID

I am trying to create a page that shows username, Email and Paid fields.
with a checkbox for the paid column - that I can mark off if the user has
paid or not. Or if they have paid it would contain a checkmark.
