Author Question on "Dreamweaver MX Tutorial"

Well, I searched the forum for an answer and couldn't find it already posted.
Here goes.

I've ordered MX 2004 under the educational products page. While waiting for
my educational credentials to be verified, I downloaded the trial version of
2004. I'm working through the tutorial (title in subject) which is
outstanding. However, some of the lessons use templates referenced in the file:

\Macromedia|Dreamweaver MX\Samples\GettingStarted\Tutorials

Unfortunately, 2004 does not have the Tutorials folder as listed above.
Question: Does anyone know if there are Macromedia tutorials specifically
designed for 2004? Or, where to find the "missing" tutorials folders listed in
the above tutorial?

Thanks in advance.

Kyle
