Author Bold Text in Tables?

For some reason in DW MX 2004 when I create a table sometimes when I cut and
paste text the text is bold....but bold is not highlighted in the properties
window? This has happened more than once. See:
http://www.mufonla.com/pasteditoria...lan_partone.htm 1/4
of the way down next to map image 'Roman Empire circa 44 B.C.' What causes
this and how do I fix it?

It seem that the <font> tag is being imported with their attributes. The
first question is where are you currently copping the string from? Word?

Is there a away you can paste on a program like notepad and then to
Dreamweaver. My next question if it's happening this with all the text you
copy from word (in case you are using word) or just this one. Thanks.

Look at the HTML.

Roman Empire circa 44 BC is in a <th> tag, rather than <td>. That is, it is
set as a table heading cell - look in the Properties and uncheck the box.

Also, you might want to start learning about CSS. It will make your life
much easier and your HTML so much cleaner and more manageable.

Change "th" (table heading) to "td" (table data).

The row that you have this bold text in is a heading (<th> ). This will
automatically make the text bold. Change the tags from <th> to <td>.

Haha, funny, you know? I thought of that for three seconds, then totally
forgot about it. :D
