Dreamweaver - Link colors in Dreamweaver

I'm a casual web designer who's just come back to Dreamweaver after a few
years. I remember it was simple to change link colors, and also the "clicked"
link color, very easily.

But with the latest Dreamweaver it seems as if I have to attach CSS style
sheets to my website. This seems a very long-winded process for someone wanting
to knock together a 10-page website, and where the link color needed may vary
quite a bit on the site.

Is there absolutely no way for Dreamweaver to let me choose link colors on the
fly?
