Author Scrolls Bars... HELP

:frown;
Here's the problem. I have placed a frame in a cell. This works fine,
however when I view the page, there is always a horizontal scroll bar. The
source file was placed in a cell and it is longer then the frame cell, however
it's width is apply thin enough to be viewed in the frame with a verticle
scroll bar.

1. How do I get rid of that frustrating and needless horizontal scroll bar?
2. Does any one know how to change the color of the scroll bar? The default
is blue (the windows xp style), I would like to make it a light grey, so as not
to clash with my site.

Thanks for any help you can give me

See this for colored scrollbars, but please realise this will only work in
IE browsers.

I also have a scroller example on the site, have a look at the tutorials
page, it may help.

What do I do with Scroll=no. Does that stop scroll in both directions... I do
want you to be able to scroll down, just not needlessly side to side.

For you who gave a link to the scroll style code, Thanks. I'm going to try
that as soon as I get off work.
