| I am trying to add an administrator login onto my website in order for the
people I am making the website for to login and update certain features
independently. I know it is possible to do this, but I have no idea about how
or where to start. Any help would be appreciated.

| Pick a server model to use (i.e. ASP, ASP.NET, CF, JSP, PHP), and then
review the help file topics relating the use of server behaviors and user
authentication.

| I have all the pages created ready for the user to make the alterations. I have no idea about the save button. How will this link to the website in order to update it?

| It all depends upon how you are planning to handle the replacement. If you
pages grab their content from a database then you could write admin pages
that update the database. But if your site is totally static pages then you
are going to have to give the person access to FTP the pages to the site.
