Author Tables seem to double space

In a Mac in IE this site looks how I want it too. HOwever, on a pc, it
views with double the spacing between lines in the table. I know this
is a common question, but hopefully someone can repeat it yet again.
What am I doing wrong with my forms? I'm extremely a newbie...
