Author text overflows menu dropdown box

I've just encountered a problem I haven't seen before and I'm wondering where
to go with it. I created a javascript menu dropdown using the Dreamweaver
'Behavior' interface. It's white text on a blue background. It looks fine on
every pc I've viewed it on. But one person told me that on his screen the text
overflows the box that's supposed to contain it and goes on to the page. It's
readable but looks weird. It also changes to black text on a white background.
I don't have access to that guy's pc, so I don't know if he has any odd
settings, but I'd like to ask him. Can you think of what might cause that, i.e.
what I should have him check? Thanks in advance for your help.
