Author tables and netscape

Ok another stupid newbie question:
I have a table and when viewing in netscape the height is much bigger than it should be, how do i fix it in idiot language please

I don't see much difference between Netscape and any other browsers
(MacOSX) in ow these tables display. Sorry.

If you check the key table at the bottom of the page, they are different size cells and should be the same size, small like the lower 2.

The extra spacing is because you have placed the content in the taller
cells within <p> tags, which have default padding and margins.
