Any opinions for best? Blogger? Moveable Type? Others?

Want to use it as part of a business site, have many images in it. Update it
daily. Would like to have it as part of a Dreamweaver page...so...

any advice also on how to incorporate a blog page, say with Blogger, into an
existing Dreamweaver website?
