Author Translating site into Japanese

I have a client that wants to have a Japanese version of her site. She has
someone who can do the actual translation. Beyond that, can I use Dreameaver
to incorporate the Japanese text? Is there an extension that I can use for
Dreamweaver? Any other ideas and suggestions would be great.

Thanks,

No extension required. As long as you are using Dreamweaver MX 2004 or
Dreamweaver 8, and your computer has Asian fonts installed, you can
create sites in Japanese. Make sure that the page encoding is set to
Japanese (Modify > Page Properties > Encoding).
