Dreamweaver - Text won't appear in colors

Text won't appear in colors

Problem with DW-MX2004. I can't get text to appear in color. The color shows up
in Property Inspector|Style, but not in the page.
If I use Page Properties and set all text as colored, it still displays as
black.
Any suggestions?

Cascading styl.e sheets do the styles nearest the
tag as first priority, then in the header style next priority
then in the included css file lastly.
Sounds like you are setting the color in a
low priority style and a style setting nearer
the tag is overridding it.
