hai... i'm developing a system using Macromedia dreamweaver, using mysql
database and PHP coding.. now i've completed my site but i don't have a
clue how to upload my site to web. and, is there website that provide
free web hosting? i want to put my site and database on it

how can i have my own ://www.islandgarden.com?? and how much it cost?

.. please.. this is urgent.

You get what you pay for. I doubt you'll find any sites that offer a free
domain name AND free hosting. Typically, the cheapest offers I've seen from
companies you'd actually want to deal with will cost you about $100 a year.
Some offer free domain names, most offer discounts if you pay for the entire
year of hosting up front.
