Author IFRAME problem with scaling

I would like to somehow script an IFRAME to dynamically scale based on the
URL being loaded into that frame. My whole site is designed to scale
smoothly so that a page can be 800 px in height or 2000 px. I just am
having trouble getting the IFRAME to do the same thing. I don't want to
have a scroll bar for my IFRAME and then also for the page. Any ideas.
Percentages don't work for this I need to somehow be able to read the size
of the incoming page that is being loaded into the IFRAME and then set the
height property to that number. I am sure there is a way.

If you are desining your site to be flexible, then that's out of your
control, as someone somewhere will have their browser set to a size that
requires the scrollbars to use the iframe.

Pages don't have 'sizes' so it's pretty much impossible to do that.
