Author frames or tables?

not that i understand either. this is my first site. i am doing a page that
will have rows of pictures with exlanatory text. then the pictures will link
to pages unique to that picture. i have been in and out of help for a couple
of hours. so first which is better frames or tables for that sort of thing
which will have updates. and second when i go to click in the page i cannot
control where the cursor clicks. it only seems to go in certain places not the
ones i want. thanks. laura

Tables - with one page that links to another.

Frames are rarely the best solution, especially for someone with the
credentials as you describe below! 8)

Laura -

As Murray stated - with the credentials your giving us, I'd say your best bet
is to stick with tables.

Dreamweaver, and more specifically, HTML, does not work that way at all. There
is structure to the placement of text, images, tables, etc. It seems to me,
that you need to learn some more HTML & CSS. Here are some excellent resources
to start with:
