Open a pop-up window and transfer values

I am setting a newsletter script (CCMail), i want when anyone click the submit
button after filling the email address it open a pop-up window with email
address filled in the textbox.

Have a look...in this value is passing but not pop-up

I think i need a some javascript that open a pop-up window and transfer the
values. Anyone can tell me how to do it.
