Here since last a few days we are tring to display an 16 x 16 icon file on any
browser's address bar. But the problems that were encountered are mentione
below:

1) It does not work in IE. In rest like Mozilla, Maxthon it had worked.
2) In PHP, while working with include file it does not work in maxthon, it
works fine in mozilla.

Awaiting for replies.

Thanks

Internet Explorer, in spite of being the browser which introduced
FavIcons, is perhaps the crankiest about displaying them. Try this:
- Empty IE's cache
- Remove favorites for the site whose favicon you want to see
- Re-visit the site and add it to favorites
Now the favicon should show up. If it doesn't try clicking and holding
on the blue 'e' where the favicon should go, and 'shake' it - move the
mouse back and forth. That's been known to bring a favicon up.

PHP shouldn't have anything to do with it. The link in your page
should look like:

<link rel="SHORTCUT ICON" HREF="/myicon.ico">

Where is the link really pointing? Could you post a link to the page
so we can have a look at it?
