Moving a site from Dreamweaver

| I have a site that I created in dreamweaver. My site includes a lot of images
that I used pop up photo gallery for. When I created my site, the photos were
coming off my hard drive. They would be like "img src="...Photos/image.jpg"...
Now when I transfer the site to my domain, I have to go in and edit each image
to img src="img.jpg".. Is that right? I have not figured out how to used ftp
(I have a paid site). I normally just 'save' the page I created in dreamweaver
and upload it to the host (brinkster.com). Is that the right way to go? What is
different about ftp? Do I still have to go in and edit the directory of each
photo when I use ftp?
I am using the pop up photos, and I was able to use it correctly in
dreamweaver, but I can't read the section on it enough to edit the right parts
so it will work on my site.. I was able to get the 'thumbnail' to show up, and
a box does pop up when I click on it, but the larger image does not show.. What
am I doing wrong?
This is the part I am talking out. Here is what it looks like when I upload it:
<td width="100" align="center"><div align="center"><a href="javascript:;"
onClick="jspw3('../../tesrase/vwd_scripts/','../../My%20Pictures/R/r101.jpg','1,
,0,,screencaptures,-%20-%20click%20screen%20to%20close%20-%20-,0,0,,0,508,382,0,
,,,,,0,,1.4.0.');return document.MM_returnValue"><img
src="file:///C|/Documents%20and%20Settings/Owner/My%20Documents/My%20Pictures/on
e/thumbnails/r101_jpg.jpg" width="100" height="75" border="0"></a> </div></td>
Here it is after I have edited it so images won't be directed to my hard drive:
<td width="100" align="center"><div align="center"><a href="javascript:;"
onClick="jspw3('vwd_scripts','r1.jpg','1,,0,,screencaptures,-%20-%20click%20scre
en%20to%20close%20-%20-,0,0,,0,464,352,0,,,,,,0,,1.4.0.');return
document.MM_returnValue"><img src="r3_jpg.jpg" width="100" height="76"
border="0"></a> </div></td>

No. You don't have to do anything *IF* a) you defined a local site in DW,
and b) you only linked to files within your local site. If you didn't do
either of these then you will need to do them before you can upload
anything.

Save the files within the local site. Connect to the remote site with DW.
Put the files from the local site to the remote site using DW. That's all
you need to do.
