Dreamweaver - Error msg in old UD4

Error msg in old UD4

Using an old copy of UltraDev4 on a laptop to make occasional updates while
traveling. UD4 suddenly started crashing upon opening the program and it gives
me the error : "UltraDev.exe has generated errors and will be closed by
Windows. You will need to restart the program. An error log is being created."
I have uninstalled the complete program and re-installed, but the same thing
happens. All other programs seem to work normally.

I use this computer seldomly so hate to buy an expensive upgrade and not even
sure if it will work or give me the same error. Can anyone tell me what might
be causing this crash or how to find the error log it is creating?
