| I think you should forward more details on this site/vendor and the transcript
below to either 'piracy@macromedia.com' or 'tip@macromedia.com' and let our
antipiracy department take it from here- that's the standard procedure for
anything you see that looks strange or not legit. Obviously this does not
sound legitimate to me, either. We DO require validation of educational status
before a qualified educational purchase.
(Also Donna, your newsreader appears to be making multiple posts- there are 4
duplicates of this post on the forum right now, please check your settings/etc
to help cut down on the extraneous postings. Thx!)

| Thierry- we don't get into legal discussions of the EULA here, as noted in
prior discussions.
Donna- you've got the basic read from Macromedia - yes, this appears to be a
violation of our educational product EULA, and you should always submit any
potential violation like that to one of the two addresses (or both) noted in my
prior post.
Case closed.
