website within a website

| Hi,
This is a strange request by my client. What he would like to do is bring in
another website into an area within his website rather that go to the linked
site with a target blank. In other words like the picture in picture in a TV.
Can this be done and if so has anyone done this?
Thanks,
Joy

Yes. Frames.

Isn't it enough to see that a garden is beautiful without having
to believe that there are fairies at the bottom of it too?

| Look into the <iframe> tag. It does exactly what you're describing. However, be aware that it's subject to the same accessibility problems that normal frames are.

A frameset will allow this. But *before* implementing such solution, I would
suggest to check if the "other" site doesn't include a "frames buster".
