Author Border - How did they do this?

Hi Everyone,

I received an email today. If you click the link you will see a screenshot of
the email. In the screen shot, you'll notice that there is a thick gray border
around the actual newsletter. How did they do that? Any and all help would be
very much appreciated!

One solution would be to nest <div>s and just make sure that the outer one has
an appropriate amount of padding:

<div style="border: 1px solid #000; background-color: #CCC; padding: 3px;">
<div style="border: 1px solid #000; background-color: #FFF;">
content
</div>
</div>
