Author Missing Images after uploading website

:confused; I am having a problem with missing images on some of my pages after
I upload them to the remote site. There are white boxes with red X's in the
missing frames. This is my first website to build and I am really frustrated
with this problem. I have erased the site and reuploaded but it has the same
problems. On my local site in DW everything shows up fine. I built the website
on my laptop. When I view the site on my laptop "online" there are no problems
with missing images. But when I view them on my desktop or someone elses
computer, it is missing the images. Both the remote and local sites are in
sync. I cant figure this out. Please help me if you can and thanks in advance
for your comments.

Well, here are 2 things it could be, either your images arent on the server you
uploaded your site to (or they've been uplaoded to the wrong place). Or, your
links my be relative document rather than site root (or is it the other way
around, i forget)

Anyway...

Either will show properly when they are uploaded.

To come up with the right answer, we would need to look at the page's code.
