Author Tables Bug in MX 2004?

I need to rearrange a lot of text in a table but when I use drag and drop the
table I'm working on jumps to the bottom. I never had this problem before MX
2004--seems like it's a new bug. Any ideas as to how can I make my tables stand
still?

It's a known issue, so it's really an "old bug". :-) Hopefully it'll get
fixed in next version.
The only way I get around it, is to Cut then Paste. That seems to reduce the
jumping around.
