| I can successfully connect to the mysql db, but when I click on Bindings tab or
menu option I get the gray screen that says you must hold down the restart
button for several seconds to restart your computer. Dreamweaver MX 2004 7.01
Mac OS X 10.3.7
What Causes this and how do I fix it?

| If you are getting the gray screen that is a Mac OS X kernal panic error. Did
this happen before you installed DW? If it didn't uninstall DW then run the
utlities on your Mac OS X disc. After running the usual fix permissions and
the other tools. Make sure you download any and all updates that may be
available for Mac OS X once you start it back up after the utilities have
finished. Then reinstall DW and see if you get the error again. Then install
the patch and try again. If this problem continues you will have to follow
these two Apple documents on isolating kernal errors and try to figure out
whether the problem is hardware or software related. Then if the problem
persists you will have to reinstall Mac OS X.

| It happens on occsdion. but not frwquently. Seems to happen every time I try to do bindings with DW. I have tried reinstalling DW with no luck, but will try repair permissions.
