Dreamweaver - Snap Layers question...

I want to say hi to everyone. I am new to this board.

I am building this page ( https://ssl.nshosts.com/independenc...ecards_test.asp ) using DreamweaverMX and I am using Snap Layers with my hidden layers that are activated when rolling over a square. The problem is that the page works in Mozilla-Netscape and not Explorer.

I would greatly appreciate any help. I am a graphic designer who does some web building so I don't know much code.

I fixed the error on this page (https://ssl.nshosts.com/independenc...ecards_test.asp), but now I can't get the 2 layers to line up in Mozilla. It works fine in Explorer.
