Dreamweaver - CSS info on creating tables, rows?

CSS info on creating tables, rows?

I'm getting obseesed with CSS and want to learn more; I've looked at all the
tutorials available on the Macromedia site. They help a bit but I'm still
having trouble understanding layout and positioning techniques with CSS. Can
anyone point me to more tutorial/info sites? I have been to Eric Meyer, but he
doesn't do it for me.
