I'm not quite sure if I should post my question here or in the Flash forum. I
was wondering if there was any special way you could add a Flash movie into
your CSS in Dreamweaver. Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

Flash into CSS? That is like trying to put cash into a video screen. There
is no relation between them. What is it you are trying to accomplish?
