it's a browser cache issue.

roughly three choices.

click Reload or Refresh in browser until the new page shows.
or, go into the browser preferences and blow the cache files out.
(windows/ie, Tools-->Internet Options. Delete Temp Internet file.)

or, click this link with a fake dynamic parameter appended to it to fake the
browser into fetching it fresh from the server
