Hi,
Im currently making my own website BUT im not very good with fancy things
(like creating a forum).

I can make pages with graphics, animation, sound and text BUT I want to build a
forum for my site.

Can any one help me either by telling me step by step (idiots) guide to
creating a forum (that requires a user name and password) so I can create one
on my site and e-mail it to me.

OR can someone who is miles better than I am (obviously) create a forum for me
and e-mail it to me as the file or just the code so I can copy it into
Dreamweaver (if any one can do this, give me you name and your site address if
you have one and ill have your credits and a link to your site)

Hope someone can help me.

What's your skillset? Do you know php, mysql, asp, coldfusion?
Do you know what is server-side code?

Usually users will go to a site like phpBB.com and download the latest
build, upload it to the server and just administrate from it's panel. And
of course, create a link to it.

For that you need to know about server side technology, and I think this
is why I ask it up front.
