I am trying to display a logo in a consistent location above the footer of my
page.
Because the body of the page is built dynamically - I do not have a table that
I can put it.
I would like to "anchor" the logo to a cell within a TD in the footer table so
that is is displayed in the same relative location regardless of screen
stretch. It would need to appear outside of the table and above it.

Any ideas are greatly appreciated -Thanks
