| ? Can anyone tell me what?s the best way to proof a site on mac-specific browsers if I only have a PC?
? Which browsers should I be mostly concerned with, from either PC's or Mac's?

Mozilla. This is one of the browsers that best follow the W3C standards.
(Amaya would be a better option but not many users).

And, as such, is the one you need to least worry about.
If you only have a PC, then your options are:
1) Buy a Mac. Apple's new $500 mini's are a great deal.
2) Find a friend/library with a Mac.
3) Pay for a subscription to Browsercam.com

| The last option is a poor one, however....
