Author Help with Tables!

I have a question about how to have the height of a table look the same no
matter what browser or even resolution it is viewed at. I have the width at 55%
which adjusts accordingly and is excellent. Otherwise, in certain browsers
there is a LOT of extra space at the bottom of these tables. Any help would be
excellent!

Thank you!
