Having trouble making script work right

tring to add a mouse trailer script to the pointer on my web page but i seem to
be having a little trouble, when i open my web page the script works good but
when i start scroling down the page the trailer stays an wont follow the
pointer. I have a links page with a list of links thats longer than the main
background picture, was wondering how to make the list scroll an show about 6
while it scrols down. heres a link to my web page an you can see what i mean.
