Author pointer needed in centering framesets

I've been attempting to recreate a similar interface to that seen in the
following site. http://www.mikesager.com/ . how can I get my frames to
float in the center of the browser window, as if they were in a table? thanks

Just copy the source from his page. Make a table with a width and height of
100%. Then put an iframe in the middle of a cell whose valign = middle. It is
a lot easier to use layers but since you are using frames you should probably
stick to the code he has.

Eehh..bad advice, I think.
That code isn't validating because the DTD is incomplete.
If you want a table vertically centered and a clean code that's
validating, too, look here:
