Im adding hotspots to me webpage and everytime i go from one hotspot to another and try and move the new one it crashes DW?

the page isnt up yet, im working on it offline.

I finish adding properties to one hotspot and then click on the next one move it and as soon as i drop it it crashes.

Well then, post it somewhere. Hotspots usually don't crash pages,
Dreamweaver, browsers or much of anything else. In fact, I've never
heard of a hotspot crashing anything. Without seeing the code we just
can't tell anything about your problem.
